Career: I spent most of my career in the Armed Forces, but on completing my service I retrained as a skilled joiner. Having learned the basic skills at school many years ago, and then having spent a lifetime of doing carpentry projects as my main hobby, I have a wide range of skills and ideas when it comes to working with wood.

Business: I operate my business from home and do most of the construction for projects on the site.

I operate on a one to one basis with my customers and organise my workload to suit their circumstances and wishes. Some construction work can be done away from site, but expect me to use most of the construction time on site. In that way I can build the project to suit the unique circumstances of the position for the structure. In wet weather I would prefer to have overhead cover available but can use a transportable gazebo if needed. I will need access to water and electricity for some of the time.
